항체 공학 & 면역학 연구실
Laboratory of Antibody Therapeutics and Cancer Immunology
서울대학교 의과대학 항체공학 연구실 The Lee Lab입니다.
본 연구실은 2020년 시작되었으며, 다양한 단백질 공학 기술을 바탕으로 치료용 항체와 이를 응용한 세포치료제 개발 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.
현재 기초 연구관과 암연구소에서 대학원생들과 함께 암에 대한 치료제를 개발하기 위한 다양한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.

- Antibody discovery: 신규 항원에 대한 신규 치료용 항체 발굴
- Antibody engineering: 항원의 작용 기작에 따른 치료용 항체의 기능 개량

연구목표
저희 실험실은 치료용 항체를 개발하고 항체의 기능을 극대화하기 위한 다양한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.
또한 항체 치료제, 이중 항체, CAR-T와 같은 세포 치료제를 개발하고 있으며, 감염환자의 항체 면역 반응 분석 연구도 수행하고 있습니다.
이를 바탕으로 우리는 면역 치료 분야에 기여하고 환자들의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 데 큰 역할을 하고자 합니다.
