정밀분자종양학 연구실
Laboratory of Precision and Molecular Oncology
본 연구실은 서울대학교 의과대학 생화학교실 소속의 교수 및 연구원, 대학원생으로 구성되어 있으며, 암유전체 분석, 유전체 편집 기술을 이용한 기능 유전체학 연구, 분자 생물학적 기전 연구, 환자 샘플 분석 및 종양 마우스 모델 연구를 통합하여, 환자 유전체형에 따른 치료 반응성 예측 및 새로운 암 표적치료 개발을 목표로 하고 있다.

- 암유전체 분석을 통한 암발생 및 치료반응성 관련 유전자 발굴
- 유전체 편집 (genome editing) 기반의 기능 유전체적 실험을 통한 암발생 및 치료반응성 관련 유전자 발굴
- 분자 및 세포생물학적 접근을 기반으로 하는 암 관련 유전자의 기능 및 분자 작용 기전 연구
- 환자유래 종양이식 마우스 모델 (Patient-derived xenograft mouse model)을 이용한 표적치료 효과 검증 및 작용 기전 연구
- 유전체 이상에 따른 암 면역치료 (cancer immunotherapy) 치료 반응성 예측 및 새로운 암 면역치료 타겟 발굴
연구목표
암의 발생과정에서 일어나는 다양한 유전자 발현의 변화를 오믹스 기법 및 기능 유전체학적 방법을 이용하여 분석함으로써 암의 새로운 표적치료 타겟을 발굴하고 이를 바탕으로 암의 새로운 치료 전략을 제시하는 연구를 진행하고자 합니다.
